Quality Control For PVC floor tiles

一、Scope
To provide an inspection procedure and acceptance criteria for Inspection to PVC floor tiles. Individual of the following items are uses only when procedure or criteria are not specified by in the client’s “Requirement”. (The operation instruction and standard was not included, refer to <inspection operational process> and <criterion standard> for the requirements and procedure.)
二、Inspection condition
1.Inspection distance
1m between product and eye or normal use distance.
2.View angle
Within +/-45°view angle. Inspection each side of the product.
3.Visual inspection time
10~30s per unit.
- Ambient temperature
Room temperature (15~30℃) for visual inspection.
5.Inspection light
1m distance from the illuminant; 500~1000Lux.
6.Sound environment
Less than 50dB noise environment to check accompanying sound

Assembling checking |
Assemble the products as manual or specification |

Bar code Readability Checking |
Verify the bar code reader before use;Sweep the reader head across the sample;Repeat sweeping until a beep confirmation tone is heard and the read number displayed;Compare the read number on reader against printed number besides and applicant’s requirement. |

The checked result was failed when: The scan result is not the same as the number printed or not same as the client’s requirement or cannot be scanned.Note:If the barcode cannot be read by Sunchine reader, but it can be read by reader which provided by factory, the test result should be ‘Passed’ |
